Insurance coverage varies by provider and plan. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. Our standard private pay rates are:
Individual Therapy Session (53–55 minutes): $130
Family/Couples Therapy Session (50–53 minutes): $150

Most therapy sessions are approximately 53 minutes long. The overall length of treatment varies from person to person depending on goals, symptoms, and the type of support needed. Some clients attend therapy short-term for a specific concern, while others benefit from longer-term support and growth work.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are subject to a cancellation fee.

Absolutely. Finding the right therapeutic fit is important, and we understand that sometimes a different therapist may be a better match. Because we have multiple clinicians within our practice, we are often able to help clients transition smoothly to another therapist who better fits their needs and goals.
