Maddie Densley, LCSW

Hi, I’m Maddie!

Throughout my life, I have always been drawn to connecting with people. Becoming a therapist has allowed me to spend my time doing something I truly love—sitting with people who are struggling and offering them support. I feel incredibly passionate about the work I do.

I want you to feel seen and heard while working with me, ensuring our time together feels truly collaborative. I gently challenge my clients to confront the barriers that are holding them back from living authentically.

As a trauma-informed specialist, I enjoy working with adults and adolescents navigating the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to work through past traumatic experiences and negative self beliefs. I utilize Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) to help clients manage chronic pain and create safety in their bodies.

My number one goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to advocate for themselves and make the therapy experience their own!

My Approach

Every individual is unique, and as such, requires an approach tailored to their specific needs. I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, emphasizing your personal strengths, and work to build genuine rapport to create a safe, supportive space where authenticity and meaningful growth can occur.

A piece of therapeutic advice that works for me:

“Take each day, a day at a time.”
