Robert Owen, CSW

Hi, I’m Robert!

Throughout my life there have been so many instances where I needed help and support desperately; and there has always been someone to show up for me.

Without that support, I am not sure that I would be the person I am today and I may not be here at all.

I enjoy utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. We mainly access these principles in session through practicing emotional inventory, meditation, and mindfulness as means of gaining access to the 6 principles from ACT and Mindfulness' Hexaflex Model.

I chose therapy in order to feel like I could give back and be the aid and support that someone else needs along their journey.
